Our Return & Exchange Policy at a Glance

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Process: Initiate a return by contacting our Conscious Care Team first.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please Note: To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our clients, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened or used product from the Hygiène (Hygiene) category.

The Conscious Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Conscious Care Team

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely pack the unused, original items in their packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Step 4: Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange

Once received, our team will inspect the items (processing takes 3-5 business days).

  • For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item via our standard shipping method. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
