2. Product Information & Characteristics

Our products—including Crèmes visage, Sérums visage, Shampoings solides, Baumes à lèvres, Dentifrices, and other curated items—are formulated with a focus on purity, sustainability, and transparent ingredients. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with care but may occasionally be subject to change or availability.

Important Note on Hygiene Products: To ensure the safety and well-being of our entire community, certain items related to personal hygiene are considered final sale and cannot be returned once opened. This includes products from the Pains dermatologiques, Baumes à lèvres, Dentifrices, Déodorants, and any opened item from the Hygiène category.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these terms. We will send an order confirmation email; however, acceptance of your order is completed only when we dispatch the goods.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You are responsible for providing correct payment details.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is found, we will notify you and either cancel the order or offer the correct price. Product availability is not guaranteed until dispatch.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to most destinations, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping (Tracked): Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat fee. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (Economy): Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier and customs processing.

Your Responsibility: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs, or unforeseen carrier issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Conscious Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be transparent and respectful of both our customers and the planet.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
• Process: You must contact our Conscious Care Team at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any return.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: As noted in Section 2, certain hygiene-related products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Your Responsibility: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. You must pack returns securely and use a trackable service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Endro Cosmetiques strives to provide excellent service and high-quality products. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
